How we calculate
- EV energy cost = distance ÷ 100 × EV consumption × electricity price
- Gas fuel cost = distance ÷ 100 × gas consumption × gas price
- Monthly savings = gas fuel + gas maintenance − EV electricity − EV maintenance
- Net EV monthly cost = loan payment − monthly savings
